Program areas at NEEP

The designlights consortium (dlc) solid-state lighting qualified product list (qpl) - the dlc's solid-state lighting qpl is the industry's largest verified list of high performing led lighting products. The list promotes energy Efficiency by distinguishing quality, high-performance led products. Luna was added in 2022 to support responsible light at night product qualifications.
Dlc networked lighting controls (nlc) program - the dlc's nlc program is a suite of tools and resources that support energy Efficiency administrators and other stakeholders to enable the widespread adoption of nlc with the effect of significantly reducing energy use in commercial buildings.
Dlc horticultural lighting program - a suite of tools and resources to enable widespread adoption of energy-saving led technology in the horticultural lighting sector. Working in partnership with utilities, energy Efficiency programs, and the lighting industry, the dlc will build, distribute, and update these tools as this sector continues its rapid evolution.
Dlc members are state regional, and utility energy Efficiency programsthroughout the united states and canada. Members are integral to thesuccess of the dlc. Our members provide expertise and insight intopolicy and specification development processes and on topics related to quality, performance, energy Efficiency, and lighting markettransformation. In return, dlc members use dlc resources to improve their Efficiency incentive programs, meet their energy savings goals, and provide product quality and performance assurance to their customers.the dlc is currently supported and funded by 85 member energyefficiency programs throughout the u.s. and canada.
The dlc surveillance testing program monitors the validity of data submitted to the solid-state lighting qpl pre- and post-qualification. This performance verification system was created to protect the integrity and value of the qpl for all stakeholders.
The dlc api gives users access to the latest qpl product data and allows them to filter and sort this data.
