Program areas at Greater Philadelphia Cultural Alliance

The Cultural Alliance is the region's premiere leadership, advocacy and marketing support organization for arts and culture. More than 410 nonprofits are members, but the Alliance's work benefits the entire Cultural community, some 2,000 organizations. Programs include: research on the impact of arts and culture upon the community and the health of arts and culture; advocating for favorable policy and coordinating Cultural activities to enhance the priorities of government, business and foundations; regional re-granting of Pennsylvania council on the arts funding; marketing to engage audiences to increase awareness and attendance at Greater Philadelphia Cultural institutions; and increasing the capacity of nonprofits to manage efficiently and effectively through programs and services.
