OEI: We grew the Outdoor Educators Institute and supported 29 young professionals in Fresno, North Bay, and South Bay- our largest ever cohort - and successfully piloted OEI:Pathfinders with an inaugural graduating class of 5 individuals
RLF: We doubled the number of participants in our Rising Leaders Fellowship with 39 incredible fellows in the program leveraging a hybrid approach.
Training & Support: In 2022 we supported 38 client organizations across the country with equity, justice and inclusion training and support services via online platforms and some in-person engagements in and out of the state of California.
