Strongminds is a social enterprise that provides democratizes mental healthcare for people with depression.our proven, cost-effective model is based on group interpersonal psychotherapy, which we provide free of charge, both in-person and by phone. Since our founding in 2013, we have embarked on innovative approaches to deliver this therapy model at scale. In 2022 we treated over 107 000 people with depression in uganda, zambia, and kenya, and started a pilot project to test our model in the united states.
