The robert a. winn diversity in clinical trials career development program ("the program") is a strategic initiative of bristol myers Squibb Foundation which is designed to support the career development of early stage investigator physicians who are underrepresented in medicine in the u.s., and increase diversity in clinical trials and transform the clinical research landscape . Through its grant partners, the Foundation supports the program which awards grants to scholars in us based medical institutions. During the year, the Foundation supported an annual convening meeting and a design thinking workshop in support of the program.
