Rocky Mountain Health Care Services

The program of all-inclusive Care for the elderly (pace) is a national managed Care program operated through funding from medicare, medicaid and other federal agencies on a per member per month basis. At Rocky Mountain pace, our goal is to keep seniors 55 and older in our community independent and active for as long as possible. Our resources at pace allow us to provide comprehensive Care to meet all Health Care needs of our participants, ranging from primary and specialty medical Care to home Health Care, as well as providing physical therapy and transportation to medical and dental appointments. We focus on socialization and recreation opportunities through our day center. In 2022. The pace program provided 10,832 member months of service to 924 individual participants.
