In 2022, 160 administrators and principals participated in this program.teach instructors provide groups of educators with practical strategies in engaging every child in the classroom, building students' self-image, and enhancing classroom management. Teachers and staff take part in monthly professional learning communities where they will meet with a Teach program manager To gain strategies and skills for working with their most difficult students.teach provides each teacher with an individual program manager To help educators implement new skills at their own pace, in their own classroom. Sessions take place in each teacher's classroom, are strictly confidential, and serve as a genuine resource of support. In 2022, Teach coached 1,800 teachers who directly serve 20,000 students.
