Program areas at Voices of Hope

Through a grant from the Maryland department of health harm reduction services and partnership with the cecil county health department harmony program, voh peer recovery specialists engage with the community to build healthy helping relationships, offer access to health care and prevention tools to lower overdose deaths, infections, and suffering.
Voices of Hope is dedicated to helping people in recovery join the healthcare profession as advocates, using our experience with behavioral health disorder recovery to engage with, provide resources to, encourage and offer Hope to those struggling and their families.
Peer recovery specialists are available 24/7 to provide recovery support through the voh hotline. In person services are available in both harford and cecil counties. Additionally Voices of Hope operates 2 recovery houses in elkton, Maryland. One for men and one for women who are seeking stabilization and supports in recovery.
