In 2004, the u.s department of treasury certified ace as a community development financial institution (cdfi) To provide Access To Capital for underserved markets including low income individuals, people of color, and women. In its twenty-three year history, ace has created or maintained more than 19,000 jobs and helped more than 2,400 small businesses start or expand their operations.
