To conduct research regarding the propagation, production, harvesting, handling and preparation for market of any and all varieties of pistachios.
To promote Pistachio nutritional facts to all members and interested parties.
Various other program services including crisis management for Pistachio recalls and a sample Pistachio program in which one-serving sample packs are made and provided to various nonprofit organizations.
