American Society for Eighteenth Century

American Society for Eighteenth Century encourages and advances studies and research in the history of eighteenth-century culture. It is the foremost learned society in the United States for the study of all aspects of the period from the later seventeenth through the early nineteenth century. The society promotes exchange of information and ideas among members of diversified fields through interdisciplinary meetings, publications, and joint research. It also conducts quarterly activities and annual conferences to further promote its mission.
