Community support - our community integration team works with adults living with Mental illness to develop an individual plan to access resources, improve skills and manage symptoms of the illness. We also help develop daily living and housing support, as well as employment, education, phsychiatric and counseling Services to meet their needs and achieve their individual goals.
Fifth street housing - common ties owns and manages an apartment building on fifth street in auburn, me which offers one one-bedroom, two two-bedroom and three efficiency apartments.
Housing - the housing resource program assists clients with establishing a home and a solid foundation from which to pursue a path of wellness. The housing resource program can turn homelessness to a home, and despair to hope. Affordability of an apartment is often an overwhelming barrier to safe and quality housing.
