New clothes new beginnings annual distribution - provided Clothing, backpacks, School supplies, dental screenings and education, and nutrition education To approximately 3,500 students from 135 area schools. The past few years of focusing on supply chain issues and program delivery due To lingering impacts of the pandemic has caused the organization To seek alternative delivery channels To supplement the summer distribution event. Additional programs are in development including project: wear To expand services throughout maricopa county To include additional families and students outside of the ncnb program.
Momentum - provides btscd the ability To offer Clothing and uniforms To non-school organizations and programs.
Student attire for education (safe)- provides Clothing, backpacks, and School supplies To over 15,000 children at title i elementary schools through discounted sales To schools. In 2021, btscd launched momentum School uniforms, an online retail e-commerce platform and expansion of its successful safe program. Btscda sees this as an innovative way To increase sales, broaden its individual donor base, and ultimately help reduce the organizations annual merchandise-related expenses. Pandemic impacts have caused School uniform requirements To be relaxed therefore driving down the need for schools To stock uniforms. Btscd expects this trend To reverse itself in the ensuing years as schools and districts recover from pandemic impacts.
Stitches of love - volunteers are used To sew various Clothing items that are given To children who attend the annual Clothing distribution.
