Since 1990, Beech Interplex has successfully carried out its mission to revitalize the Cecil B. Moore community by promoting community empowerment, neighborhood revitalization, entrepreneurship and advocating for the need for housing rehabilitation and home ownership. Beech Interplex formed the Consortium of Cecil B. Moore Organizations, which consists of 50 agencies/organizations that meet regularly to provide progress reports of revitalization activities and to coordinate inter-organizational improvement functions.

Renovation & development - program development, renovation and rental of abandoned property in the cecil b moore area of north philadelphia, to date, four multi-tenant properties have been completed.
