The mission of Big Brothers Big Sisters of Greater Cincinnati is to provide children facing adversity with strong and enduring, professionally supported 1-to-1 mentoring relationships with caring adults. Services are provided to at-risk youth in the 13-county Greater Cincinnati area. Our mission is to provide children facing adversity with strong and enduring, professionally supported one-to-one relationships that change their lives for the better, forever.

Program areas at Big Brothers Big Sisters of Greater Cincinnati

Services are provided to at-risk youth in the 13-county Greater Cincinnati area of Hamilton, Warren, Clinton, Clermont and Brown Counties in Ohio; Boone, Kenton, Campbell, Grant and Pendleton Counties in Kentucky; Dearborn, Ohio and Ripley Counties in Indiana. In 2023, 810 children, ages 6-18 were matched with a screened and trained volunteer to help them grow and become confident, competent and caring adults. Of the 810 children served in 2023, 100% of the children were in school (not a single child dropped out) and 99% of the children were not involved in the juvenile justice system, were not abusing drugs or alcohol and were not pregnant/parenting. Big Brothers Big Sisters of Greater Cincinnati is proud to assist children in achieving success in school and in life!
