For more than 25 years, brosis has been at The forefront of social justice, educating, organizing and training to challenge inequity and champion opportunity for all. Through comprehensive educational programs, brosis is helping young people develop a critical understanding of their history, identity and role in society. Together with The members, alumni and partners, brosis is building on a legacy of youth-led activism to realize a more just and equitable future. Through innovative training models, brosis is empowering educators and organizers to spark young agents of change across The nation. The brosis rites of passage rop program is The foundation of The organization. Brosis provides four-six year rop programming, through five days a week after school care, school and home counseling, summer camps, job training and employment, college preparation, community organizing training and international study programs to africa and latin america.
