Personalized exercise prescriptions tailored to each patient's unique needs and goals may include aerobic exercise, muscle stretching and strengthening, and specialized exercises designed to improve balance and core strength.
To collaborate with universities, physicians, hospitals, and other healthcare providers on research studies to determine the effects of medical exercise on patients with chronic illnesses.
