Refined and expanded the content for Talent development Reporting principles (tdrp) including website content and workshop content. Also refined professional certifications including tdrp consulting certification, tdrp software certification, tdrp organizational certification, and tdrp organizational consulting accreditation.
The organization conducted five two-day workshops around the world for more than 70 participants and held a two-day conference in chicago attended by more than 70 participants. These events offered participants a deep understanding of tdrp and how to implement it successfully. The workshop is required for tdrp certification.
The organization conducted over 43 webinars and 17 presentations all over the united states for more than 2000 participants. Many more received recordings and powerpoints from the sessions. Webinars and presentations introduced participants to the principles of Talent development Reporting, its implementation, and change management considerations.
