Program areas at Center of Information and Orientation

Aids care program: the purpose of this program is to promote, maintain, and optimize the health of persons living with acquired immune deficiency syndrome (aids) in order to delay or prevent institutionalization. It is also designed to provide housing/home assistance and other community-based services to medicaid-eligible and other low income persons with a documented diagnosis of hiv/aids. The Center partners with the city of miami (h.o.p.w.a) to fund this program.
Child abuse prevention program - the purpose of this program is to provide couseling and other social assistance to children who have experienced some form of abuse in miami dade county, Florida.
