Community Access Network

Medical care: to promote health and wellness, and provide affordable preventative and primary care health services.

Ryan white: the Community Access Network cares program, primarily funded by hrsa and vdh, provides a comprehensive system of hiv primary medical care, essential support services, case management, and medications for low- income people living with hiv who are uninsured or underserved.

Behavorial health: to offer behavorial health and support for patients, including psychiatric services and short-term counseling.

Community coordination: to offer patient education, health screenings, and workshops, and to offer help for applying for programs and services such as housing. Also, to offer health needs assessment services for the betterment of the regional health services Community. Dental care: the ryan white hiv/aids program provides dental reimbursement funding designed to improve Access to oral healthcare services for low- income patients with hiv, and to deliver dental care to people with hiv in general. Which includes preventative and restorative care. Funding is used to defray some unreimbursed dental care costs incurred by treating low- income people with hiv. A priority is always given to ryan white patients, when Access is available Community Access Network will treat uninsured and medicaid patients.
