Program areas at Day By Day Warming Shelter

Day By Day is a Warming Shelter. Clients can stay overnight at the Shelter, get dinner and breakfast, and use shower and laundry facilities. The Shelter also offers resources to help clients find housing, jobs and other assistance they might be eligible for. In may 2023, Day By Day Warming Shelter moved to a new building custom built to their needs. The new location allows them to operate year round as opposed to the prior location where they could only operate the overnight Shelter from oct 15 to april 15. The new Shelter doubled the number of individuals who could be served from 25 a night to 50. 278 individuals were served during this past fiscal year.
