Group home and supervised apartments:the organization offers residential services that include 10 homes and 5 apartments in which the organization provides the clients with personal care including bathing, toileting, feeding, transferring, and engaging the residents in meaningful activities. Helping residents to cope with serious illnesses and even death has become a significant part of these services.
Support coordination:the organization offers support coordination services to residnets of sussex county, new jersey, who are eligible for division of developmental Disabilities services. The support coordinator works with individuals and their families to develop an individualized, person-centered service plan.
Adult training: the organization offers a one-of-a-kind facility where approximately 60 adults with developmental Disabilities attend 5 days a week for day habilitiation activities and socialization activities.
Other special needs activities:the organization provides recreational activities for clients through various programs and use of a pool.
