Designed For Joy is a transitional work experience for women coming from trafficking, homelessness, time in prison, overcoming addiction or other vulnerable situations. Since 2017, we have employed 117 women. In 2022, Designed For Joy provided over 6000 hours of employment and over $120,000 in living wages. Women in the Designed For Joy program have gone on to full-time, safe, and dignified work, purchased cars, and regained a sense of self worth.
