Program areas at Developmental Services of Jackson County
Workshop Services include vocational activities for adults with Developmental disabilities. Work contracts are with local entities. The adults are paid a wage for their Services. Transportation service are provided to workshop attendees and for various purposes including medical appointments, vocational locations, etc.
Case management Services coordinate the provision of Services and monitors the quality of Services provided to individuals with Developmental disabilities.
Residential Services are provided in group homes and apartments. Residents are instructed in activities of daily living and are encouraged to become as independent as possible. Transportation Services are provided to residential attendees for various purposes including medical appointments, vocational locations, etc.
