Eden Housing revitalizes California communities through our affordable housing development and property management activities, through the partnerships we establish and the investments we make in California neighborhoods, and through the free social services and supportive programs we provide to meet the needs of our residents. Eden Housing's mission is to build and maintain high-quality, well-managed, service-enhanced affordable housing communities that meet the needs of lower income families, seniors and persons with disabilities.

Program areas at Eden Housing

Eden Housing has developed or acquired over 12,000 affordable homes for low-income individuals and families, and currently owns 157 properties throughout California. In 2022, we acquired 143 Housing units and developed 112 new Housing units. We also secured financing and closed construction on 3 projects (248 units), secured entitlements for 5 projects (521 units) and identified 9 new projects (783 units). We are doing our part to tackle the Housing crisis in california-currently serving more than 22,000 low-income residents from all backgrounds and cultures with a wait list of 30,000 households looking for an affordable home.
