Eden I and R

Eden I & R, Inc. is the designated provider of 2-1-1 for alameda county. 2-1-1 is the free, 3-digit telephone number that provides 24/7, multilingual access to health, housing and human service information for alameda county residents and employees. Through a partnership with the alameda county sheriffs office, 2-1-1 also provides information to the public as it is updated in the event of a disaster. 2-1-1 provides information to callers and via two-way text messaging from a database containing more than 2,500 social service programs and a database containing more than 79,000 housing units. 2-1-1 also provides proactive outreach to make callers aware of a variety of programs that might benefit them including public benefits. In fiscal year 2021/22, 2-1-1 assisted individuals and families through nearly 82,000 calls and tw0-way texts.

AHIP (AIDS Housing Information Program)The Organization provides information and resources to people living with HIV/AIDS in an effort to help them find housing and other supportive services.

TransportationThe Organization provides coordinated mobility management including detailed and targeted transportation recommendations for seniors and those living with disabilities.
