Programs include: penrose house conference center, awards for excellence, julie penrose award, rocky mountain tax seminar,and nonprofit office assistance.
Leadership development and community service programs designed to shape and encourage those who are and those who will become the next generation of leaders in our communities and institutions and to instill within each the value and priviledge of being connected to their community in service to others. Programs include: El Pomar fellowship, El Pomar internship, nonprofit executive leadership program, forum for civic advancement, elevating leaders development program, and pikes peak heritage series.
Community outreach and engagement programs provide opportunities to identify and reach out to underserved populations throughout the state of Colorado. The Foundation encourages those closest to local problems and issues to actively assist in targeting its resources and programs. Programs include: regional partnership.
The Foundation sponsors the rocky mountain tax seminar
For private foundations. This seminar is designed for

And provides cutting edge information to assist them in
Making critical choices.
The Foundation provides a four day program
With the center for creative leadership for executive
Training sessions for executives of not-for-profit
Organizations.
