This year, Equine-Assisted Therapies of South Florida has provided services to over 86 children and adults with special needs in Broward, Palm Beach, and Miami-Dade counties. School groups, and nonprofit community groups returned this year with full attendance, and the organization served 20 students from Olympic Height Community High School and Deerfield Beach Middle School with another 7 individuals from JARC. The Organization provided mental health services through the Equine-Assisted Psychotherapy (EAP) program to veterans and individuals. 9 participants were served in the EAP program In 2022, the Organization hosted its first Horseshoe Hoedown in person since the start of the COVID-19 pandemic with over 160 supporters in attendance.
