Essentia Health Fosston offers rehabilitative Services, hospice Care, obstetrics and birthing Services, surgical Services, and urgent Care. The hospital is designated as acute stroke ready.essentia Health Fosston has a 50-bed skilled nursing facility connected to the hospital that serves people who need skilled Care beyond the hospital and want to remain in the community.
