FY '22 brought a complete rebound to tourism in FMWF. Direct Visitor Spending (DVS) from Convention business that involved our staff climbed from $5.2 Million to $11.7 Million, year to year. DVS from events our Sports Team engaged with climbed 22%, year to year, to $31.7 Million. Additionally, our marketing team's paid social media reached more than 3-million potential visitors during the year, while Facebook/Instagram reached more than 3.5 million. We continue to support the annual Frostival events with cash and other resources, and continue to produce Visitor & Dining guides. Our Destination Development capital grant program continues to help enhance new and existing attractions, facilities and other businesses that attract more and more visitors to the community.
