Friends of the Earth U.S. defends the environment and champions a healthy and just world. Our current campaigns focus on clean energy and solutions to climate change, keeping toxic and risky technologies out of the food we eat and products we use, and protecting marine ecosystems and the people who live and work near them. We are part of the largest international federation of grassroots environmental groups. Friends of the Earth fights to defend the environment and create a more healthy and just world. We are part of a federation of grassroots groups in 76 countries.

(foe action) conducted outreach efforts through its website, emails, and social media to educate the public and expand its base of grassroots activists with the goal of increasing support for progressive environmental and social welfare policies. Our political and membership programs educated our members, volunteers, activists, allies and the general public about the systemic harm polluting industries cause to the environment and the transformational solutions needed to protect people and the planet for generations to come.
