Goodwill Talent Solutions (GCT)

Gsg Talent Solutions is committed to empowering central texans through inclusive employment by placing them in part-time or full-time Temporary positions, with a path to permanent roles in state agencies and municipalities across central Texas. In 2022, gsg Talent Solutions placed 1,062 job seekers, with 79.4% facing medical or disadvantaging conditions. Gsg not only provided jobs, but also tailored guidance, career coaching, and wrap-around financial Services to keep our employees connected to work. We focus on aligning career paths with individual growth while meeting the staffing needs of local employers. Our primary objective is not just job placement and generating revenue to support the Goodwill mission, but the creation of an inclusive and supportive employment environment in central Texas.

Goodwill contract Services (cs) creates employment and job training opportunities for people with disabilities and other disadvantaging conditions through contract employment with state agencies and municipalities. In 2022, 76.1% of people employed had a disability or significant barrier to employment and were served through work experience, training, and access to mission Services.
