Program areas at Grace Place Ministries
Discipleship Ministry - We allow our leadership volunteers/staff to raise money via supporters to be able to invest more time into the ministry. This allows them to pour into and disciple people that want to live in our houses and be a part of our community. As well as pour into and disciple our donors. It also allows time to build the ministry itself via time going into networking, fundraising, and marketing to keep us sustainable. Volunteers grow in their leadership and responsibility skills. It gives them time to be around the founder of the ministry to disciple and mentor them. The money raised pays for there living expenses during the year.
Beginning of the Year Retreat - Organization takes our leadership team/volunteer staff on a retreat for three days in which we teach on building character, integrity, connection, and life skills that they will need in life. These retreats strengthen there walk with the Lord and are a huge encouragement to each person. People affected would be around 25-35.
Ministry Trips - Leadership Team/Volunteer Staff can travel with founder/director as he gets invited to speak at churches & ministers around the world. This benefits around 25. The number of people affected at the churches through our ministry, preaching, teaching, & encouragement is in the thousands. The leadership team/volunteer staff learn how to lead a ministry trip, ministering at a church, how to honor pastors/host homes, etc.
Family Nights - Every week we have a Family Night with our leadership team/community. This comprises of us (the leadership team) making dinner, a time of worship, and a guest speaker comes in or someone from the senior leadership team preaches/teaches a message. People affected would be around 30-35 weekly. The community learns how to build connection amongst each other, discipleship, values, discipline, strengthening their spiritual walk, etc.
Missionary - GPM has a missionary supported monthly in Sri Lanka. This money supports his living expenses while in the country. It allows him to focus on ministering to the people/churches in Sri Lanka. This looks like one on one meetings, teaching/preaching in churches, and helping the impoverished people of that country.
