Young professional of pitt County members represent a vast array of the local workforce, including but not limited to: engineering, finance, marketing, law enforcement, healthcare, government and education. Yp members are decision makers and impactors with a drive to build networks, develop professionally and expand their leadership opportunties.
The annual leadership institute is a nine month intensive program to develop emerging leaders locally.
