This includes our coach program connecting patients one-on-one with mentors our reach initiative that builds regional branches for greater community outreach and support for underserved populations such as the black spanish-speaking and rural patients and caregivers. Important to patient health is the need to keep fit despite a cancer diagnosis. The Healthtree moves app promotes group fitness challenges and invites patients to connect with one another while they keep moving.
