Hogar Padre Venard, Inc. (the entity) is a not-for profit corporation located in san juan, puerto rico organized and existing under the laws of the commonwealth of puerto rico. The entity was created to provide temporary shelter, food, and various services such as personal hygiene facilities to homeless people in the nearby communities. This entity is run by a board of directors, an administrator, and other professionals including volunteers. The entity is exempt from both puerto rico and federal income taxes.
