Program areas at Home Builders Association of Greater Knoxville
Foundation house:the construction of newly built homes by members of the Association which are subsequently sold by the Association for a profit, with the proceeds used to fund the construction of new homes by members each year.
Parade of homes:a new Home promotion allowing companies involved in residential construction to showcase their products to their customers in actual homes (new homebuyers or homeowners looking to remodel).
Membership dues:membership dues paid to the associations provide for membership in the local, state and national Home Builders associations and offers numerous opportunities that bring suppliers and subcontractors into contact with Home Builders and remodelers.
The Association charges a fee to attend banquets sponsored by the Association.
Home show:a consumer show for vendors to display, demonstrate, and sell their products.
