Each training activity is exclusively facilitated or conducted by the Leaders Branch chief association executive dr. kendra roach. The activity or activities are conducted onsite in the organizations training or conference rooms or online in our virtual training rooms that have been a successful delivery method during this pandemic. One hundred percent of our time is allocated to our training activities in some way or another. Our activities are funded through provider and service fees grants and donations. One hundred percent of our overall expenses are allocated to our training activities. It is important to specify that the benefits from our business income through our leadership and development training services will enable us to further support our mission to provide the same level of trainings and social programs to persons unemployed underserved or underprivileged persons whose household income fall below the poverty level disabled and teens at no cost to them.
