Life A Center for Independent Living empowers people with disabilities to manage their own lives and make their own choices, providing information and knowledge to assist in living with dignity and bravado. Through our program, eligible medicaid consumers can choose services that allow them to stay in their homes or communities, enhancing the choices available to elderly or physically disabled adults. We offer a variety of assistance programs to help consumers remain independent and achieve self-sufficiency.

Program areas at Life A Center for Independent Living

To help consumers with disabilities remain Independent throuh A variety of assistance programs.
This program allows more choices for adults who are elderly or physically disabled. After identifying unmet need, eligible medicaid consumers will be able to choose services that will allow them to stay in their own homes or communities. This is A consumer, self directed program. The consumer is the employer of his/her attendant. The consumer has the right to make decisions about, direct the provision of, and controll all services.
