Program areas at Lupe Fund
The Power of Women event is LUPEs signature fundraising event in which we honor women who have supported LUPE and its missision statement. The revenue from this event is used to host the Young Latina Leadership Conference and the scholarships for attendance at Eleccion Latina.
Expenses incurred during the year associated with program services but not limited to one single program.
The Latina Summit Conference annually hosts hundreds of young Latinas who come together at one of NJs colleges to hear panelists and keynote speakers promote civic engagement. Many of the past attendees have sought other opportunities to attend Eleccion Latina as well as other leadership trainings.
