Lutheran Inter-City Network Coalition-Rochester

Linc Rochester continued to raise up and equip leaders to establish new missions, evangelize new people groups and minsiter to the needs of new communities across the city of Rochester. The program is designed to introduce people to christ and the Lutheran church through providing these social services. To seek to continually and effectively establish and develop new missions and churches across the city of Rochester among a variety of ethnic groups and communities.
