Adult and child Mental Health services which include: emergency and crisis services, mobile crisis outreach team, consumer benefit eligibility, medication clinics, routine case management, family education and support, child and adolescent services, skills training, med services, respite care, rehab services, continuity of care and assertive team services.
Tcoommi - Texas correctional office of offenders with medical or Mental impairments: to provide a formal structure for criminal justice, Health and human services and other affected organizations to communicate and coordinate on special needs of offenders. Special needs include: offenders with menatal illness, intellectual developmental disabilities, terminal or serious medical conditions, physical disabilities and those who are elderly.
Adult intellectual developmental disabilities which include: routine case management, respite services, continuity of care, home and community based services, supported employment, autism services, intermediate care residential facility, day hab services, Texas home living and community living option programs.
