Spring statewide seminar, education was provided on a variety of subjects (ethics, case law update, witness protection programs: dps and mops; treatment courts in Missouri; consideration for expert testimony; hippa and the law enforcement; exceptions getting the most out of pbk: tips and tricks; how to start a prosecutor led diversion program.
Fall statewide seminar,education and training was provided on a variety of subjects case law updates, making proper and effective objections; prejudice from within: a historical view of implied bias and the justice system; delta 8 and medical marijuana update; legislative update; when and how to seek appointment of a special prosecution; resource roundup; i5 stress busters in 15 minutes, recent research on lawyer well-being; and conquering procrastination.
