PLI intentionally develops and releases pastoral leaders for the purpose of connecting people to Jesus. Their training happens at the intersection of leadership and ministry.

Program areas at Pastoral Leadership Institute

Training and investing in multiplying missional leaders, pli invests in leaders to have wider influence for the sake of the gospel in their communities and effective Leadership in their ministries. Pli training happens at the intersection of Leadership, discipleship, and mission. Leaders are transformed and equipped to lead change and to grow and multiply more missional leaders. In 2022 a total of 2,709 pastors, their spouses, and other leaders were engaged in pli training in the united states and around the globe. Pli facilitated 41 learning communities for 56 new seminary graduates and spouses, 80 young non-church leaders, and 2,573 pastors and their spouses from around the globe.
