Peer Health Exchange inc.'s mission is to empower young people with the knowledge, skills, and resources to make healthy decisions. The organization's vision is that one day, all young people will have the knowledge and skills they need to make healthy decisions.with our school based work, college-aged young people are trained to teach a comprehensive Health curriculum in public high schools that lack Health education. Since 2004, the organization has worked with more than 200,000 young people, across the country, to build healthier communities. The organization has developed a comprehensive set of (see sch. O) virtual and online tools, including a web application and presence on various social media platforms, to provide young people with access to the resources and communities they need outside the school setting. Since 2021, the organization has reached over 230,000 young people via mobile and the web app selfsea.
