CASE MANAGEMENT: Precious Blood Ministrys (PBMR) Case Management Team works with young adults and adults to set goals and to assist them to accomplish their goals as they reenter society. To aid in this process, PBMR provides assistance with housing, food and other day-to-day costs. Through relationship and accompaniment, the case management team works through a restorative justice lens to help them to be successful.
YOUTH MENTORING: This is PBMRs youth engagement effort. Through mentoring and a variety of programming PBMR strives to ensure that youth have the support necessary for a fuller and more successful life. Through radical hospitality and relationships, staff are able to accompany youth as they meet life challenges and work toward their goals.
CAREER PREP AND PLACEMENT: This is a comprehensive employment preparation and placement program. Participants from across the life-span work with job coaches to determine career goals, assess experience, determine additional training or experiential needs to aid in actively seeking and gaining employment. Through career shadowing, certificate programs, etc. those who work in entry level positions can move into a career.
