Program areas at PC&H

Providing Housing, 24-hour care, and rehabilitation of 217 intellectually and developmentally disabled residents. In efforts to stop the spread of covid-19. We have formed a infection control (covid-19) committee. We also formed a high quality survey performance success team to provide services to individuals with highly complex behavioral and medical needs. The intermediate care staff also has a certified dementia practitioner through the nccdp in there unit.
Providing occupational and live-skills training and enrichment to 81 people with intellectual and developmental disabilities. During covid-19 we have recently developed a zoom program to provide services to our residents.
