Energy program - provides financial assistance to eligible households to help them heat their homes. Provides energy conservation services including weatherization, heating system repairs, replacement and appliance management to income eligible households.
Head start and early head start program - provides high quality early education for children from birth to five years old while also working to support and strengthen families.
