Candidates must pass a thorough screening process which includes interviews vetting for genuine interest and motivation before entering the program. Training is provided through the use of numerous locations throughout RI. RCWP uses its industry relationships to place participants into employment. During the year 2023, RCWP held THREE cohorts providing 57 students the essential skills and credentials in their industry in order to enter the workforce.

Candidates must pass a thorough screening process which includes interviews vetting for genuine interest and motivation before entering the program. Training is provided through the use of numerous locations throughout RI. RCWP uses its industry relationships to place participants into employment. During the year 2023, RCWP held two cohorts providing 25 students the essential skills and credentials in their industry in order to enter the workforce.

During the year 2023, RCWP held one cohort providing 16 students the essential skills and credentials in their industry in order to enter the workforce.
