Program areas at Resilient Health

Outpatient services: we provide outpatient services designed to strengthen the resilience of youth, adults, and families struggling with both mental Health and substance use challenges. We infuse the art of resilience into our service array to improve engagement, reduce stigma, and improve outcomes. With a focus on trauma-responsive treatment, our service array includes counseling, therapeutic arts, art therapy, mental Health and co-occurring groups, first episode psychosis (fep) support, psychiatry, peer support and primary care.
Housing services: we offer housing placement for individuals with a serious mental illness (smi), as well as an array of supportive and evidenced services focused on building resilience, including counseling, pre-job training, personal care assistance, connection to community resources, Health promotion, family support, self-administration of medication and independent living skills.
