Program areas at Resilient Health
Outpatient services: we provide outpatient services to children, adults and families struggling with addiction and mental Health challenges. With an emphasis on trauma-responsive treatment, we offer counseling, peer support services, therapeutic arts, art therapy, mental Health and co-occurring groups, first episode psychosis (fep), psychiatry, and primary care.
Housing services: we offer housing placement for individuals with a serious mental illness (smi), as well as an array of supportive and evidenced services focused on building resilience, including counseling, pre-job training, personal care assistance, connection to community resources, Health promotion, family support, self-administration of medication and independent living skills.
